PharMerica Reports Results for Fourth Quarter and Year-End 2007

PharMerica Corporation (NYSE: PMC), the second largest institutional pharmacy services company in the United States, today reported the results of its fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2007.

PharMerica began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "PMC" on August 1, 2007. The Company was created through a combination of the institutional pharmacy businesses of Kindred Healthcare, Inc. (NYSE: KND) and AmerisourceBergen Corporation (NYSE: ABC) (the "Pharmacy Transaction"). The Company's results of operations include the year-to-date historical results of Kindred Pharmacy Services, Inc. ("KPS") and the results of operations of PharMerica Long-Term Care, Inc.
